Shipping rates vary based on destination and weight. For shipments within California, shipping charges generally run between $14 for a 3-bottle shipment to $26.50 for a full case. At this time, we are only able to ship to California. Orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday of each week via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified by you.
Our Refund/Return Policy: Refunds (less original shipping costs) will be granted on returned wine within 30 days of shipment as long as it is returned prior to having the cork pulled and is in good condition. The purchaser will be responsible for return freight costs, unless an incorrect order was shipped to the purchaser or there is a problem with the wine. In those situations, Trombetta Family Wines will pay all shipping costs.
Trombetta Family Wines will replace any products damaged during shipping. Broken or damaged items will need to be returned to Trombetta Family Wines and all shipping costs will be covered by Trombetta Family Wines.

If the wine you ordered arrives damaged:
